The Nautilus is an absolute beachfront home with uninterrupted, north-facing views across the ocean and the national park — where the horizon meets untouched coastline. Named for its distinctive shape when viewed from above, this modern, architect-designed residence is a standout: spacious, luxurious, and designed for effortless entertaining.
This is a three-level home, with a separate living zone on two levels — ideal for families or groups wanting space to spread out.
Top Level The master retreat sits on the top floor, plus the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area which flow out to an ocean-facing patio with a breakfast bar overlooking Yallingup Beach. A spiral staircase leads to the rooftop viewing area, a truly special place to watch the sunset.
Middle Level is where the fun is at: kids bedroom, second lounge with TV,, bar, outdoor alfresco, BBQ and plunge pool!
Lower Level- This space features a home gym with infrared sauna, a third bathroom, and three additional bedrooms.
