The front yard is huge with a rolling green lawn, shaded spaces and adventure path for the kids. It's all about the outdoor living here, so make use of the BBQ/patio area with outdoor seating. Access to the beach is literally, across the street.
This two-bedroom and one-bathroom apartment is the LOWER FLOOR of a two-story Mediterranean style home with separate entrance and no common areas between the two floors
