Yallingup Beach Bungalow is a neat, comfortable and affordable unit located at Yallingup Beach. It's less than 50 meters to Yallingup lagoon and the surf, and a short stroll from the beach café and Caves House Hotel.
This bungalow has an open-plan lounge and dining area with adjoining kitchen. Terracotta tiles are throughout in those areas and the bedroom is carpeted with a queen bed. There is a full kitchen, big bathroom with laundry as well. This place has all the basics you need for a comfortable stay.
The Space.
A comfortable and neat accommodation for one couple only, or single occupancy, this beachside bungalow’s jewel in the crown, is its location at Yallingup Beach. A short stroll down the street takes you to sunset drinks and a BBQ on the foreshore, yoga, coffee and breakie at the beach cafe and swimming in the idyllic Yallingup lagoon in front of world class surf. All at your doorstep!
The master suite has a queen size bed, robe and chest of drawers and the kitchen is fully equipped with new fridge, microwave, stove top and oven and pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc; everything you need to prep meals.
Two sofas, a TV with local stations, plus a dining area is ample space for a couple, but really, it’s all about the location and getting down to the beach, or up to the pub from here. There is also a BBQ out back and a patio in the front yard which is a lovely place to read on the outdoor lounge.
Finally, there is a good-sized bathroom/laundry with separate toilet within the Bungalow as well.
This home is suited to one couple, or single occupancy, beach lovers and surfers.

Guest Access.
Guests have access to the entire unit and verge parking. The back alleyway is common area for all unit tenants and is the only shared space but, rarely used by guests.

Location.
Yallingup is a beautiful small coastal town which was voted Best Tourist Town in 2019 by Australia Traveller Magazine. It’s on the west coast of the Cape Naturaliste Region just across the peninsula from Dunsborough facing the Indian Ocean.
The surf break at Yallingup is famous amongst surfers worldwide and is the birthplace of surfing in WA. The Yallingup reef creates ideal conditions for world class waves and also creates a protected lagoon for swimmers and snorkelers.
Located at Yallingup Beach is a beach café, playground and well maintained foreshore area with grass and BBQ facilities and public toilets and showers.

The location of Lizzie’s place is nothing less than outstanding. Everything you need was included at the unit. We found it super clean and had a few extras personal touches like salt and pepper, and shampoo and conditioner. It was perfect for our requirements. Lots of outdoor space. We all loved the outside shower after our many trips to the beach.

Stayed at Lizzie’s little bungalow for the weekend was an awesome spot couldn’t have asked for much more, everything we needed and more great location, great price, great time!!!

Fantastic location just meters from the beach and in close proximity to local attractions. House was clean and exactly as described. Perfect weekend getaway. I would highly recommend this house and will definitely stay here again!!!
