This Mediterranean style two story home, is set on a large North facing block with ample front yard for kids to play in. The ground floor apartment is for guest use only and the owners stay upstairs from time to time, but you share no common areas.
Casual and fuss free; it is best suited to couples, small families, beach lovers and surfers!
The Space.
Beachfront Yallingup recently has been painted, refurbished, landscaped and bathroom renovated, making it clean and comfortable for incoming guests.
There is an ample sized master suite with chest of drawers and robe and the second bedroom has a bunk bed, single bed and a chest of drawers.
The kitchen, dining and living room is open plan and there is a dining room table for six, comfortable lounges, smart TV, wi-fi and full kitchen with stove top and oven, as well as a coffee machine.
The front yard is huge with a rolling green lawn, shaded spaces and adventure path for the kids. It's all about the outdoor living here, so make use of the BBQ/patio area with outdoor seating. Access to the beach is literally, across the street.
This is the best located home on Yallingup hill for surfers and beach aficionados.

There’s loads of space for the kids to play around out front, plus a BBQ area and space for parking. Guests do not have access to the upstairs apartment.
