The Yallingup Beach Haus is ready for your next south west escape! Perfect for families, this stunning architect-designed, five-bedroom home is only 100m from Yallingup Beach, the adventure playground and the spectacular Cape To Cape walking trails. Caves House is a quick stroll away, or spend your afternoon in the gorgeous plunge pool & entertaining area, sheltered from the wind but with all the sunshine you need for serious bronzing, bocce and barbecuing.

The Space.

With a private entrance and high-fenced garden you’ll feel a million miles from the bustle of the beach as soon as you step off Valley Road and into this sublime modern beach pad.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a coffee machine, dishwasher, filtered water dispenser, stove top and oven, all housed in stunning Javanese teak cabinetry.

The kitchen gives way to an open plan dining and living area. A high void makes the space feel grand while the polycarbonate light box not only fills the room with northern sun it keeps things cool in summer and toasty in winter. A teak dining table and chairs, and stools at the floating island and bar, allow for plenty of hungry holiday makers of all ages to be fed and watered at the same time.

The living room has a huge leather couch, large smart TV with Netflix, and a Bluetooth sound bar that caters to all of your music needs. No holiday is complete without board games and jigsaw puzzles, and these are offered in abundance.

The living area opens on to a large al fresco area with outdoor table and chairs, a Weber gas barbecue, and a servery bar that opens through to the kitchen.

The pool area allows for maximum relaxing in funky deckchairs, and the outdoor shower offers a high-pressured dose of steaming hot goodness after a swim at home or a bodysurf down the road. There are also racks provided to stow your surfboards safely between sessions, and ample hanging space for towels, trunks and wetsuits.

The wet area can be accessed directly from the pool and boasts a huge bathroom/laundry with a massive bath, large shower, vanity and basin, washing machine and dryer, with a private toilet next door.

Across the hall is a beautifully styled queen bedroom with robe, storage and, like all bedrooms, bedside tables and a ceiling fan, next door to that is the bunkroom.  Featuring a smart TV, bean bags and two bunk beds and it’s the perfect spot for teens to hang with their mates, or makes a great playroom for younger kids.

Upstairs the landing offers not only a quiet reading corner but a place to soak in the grandeur of the home, looking over the living area.

The front bedroom features bifold windows which open from wall to wall and allow views of the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park and Indian Ocean glimpses. This room has a queen bed, and a desk and chair, making it a great retreat or study, and an incredible corner to soak up the iconic Yallingup sunset. 

Bedroom three can be set up as either a king bed or twin share, depending on your requirements. This high-ceilinged room has ample wardrobe storage, and is next door to the upstairs bathroom, with toilet and shower.

At the end of the mezzanine hallway is the large master bedroom, with big walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom. This expansive room with high vaulted ceilings has a gorgeous outlook over Yallingup hill and up to Cape Naturaliste from the queen bed, and offers the early bird a stunning view of the sunrise. Shutters allow you to stay connected with the downstairs living area, or close the world off all together if you’re chasing privacy. The WIR has plentiful storage and hanging space, and the bathroom houses a shower and toilet. All bathrooms feature large teak-framed mirrors.

This property has been designed to be as versatile as possible, to cater to the needs and wants of any guests. The owner worked closely with the architect to turn a lifetime of travel into the ultimate beachside holiday home, while your host has lived in the south west her whole life and has an abundance of experience and expertise with short term accommodation.
