Cooleez Landing is a new build, but many materials and furniture have been recycled and repurposed from a previous life, such as: the floorboards throughout the home are from Churchlands Senior Highschool gymnasium, and old jetty timber feature as side tables in the living room.
This home has been a labour of love for the family who have designed and built it for the past five years. Care and much thought therefore, has been given to the design, functionality and style of the home. We know you'll love it!
The owners have kept the styling simple and classic, and purposefully included large windows in each room framing the pristine bushland outside.
Despite the authentic and rustic Australian charm of Cooleez Landing, the home also includes all the mod cons you need for a super comfy stay, such as: reverse air cycle, WIFI, smart TV, good quality beds and linen, and a coffee machine.
