The view from the deck overlooking the hill, dam and wooded area is the MaZe Farmhouse's best feature, but so too is the space! A large open plan kitchen and living area with beautiful wooden floors, gives way to an ample sized master bedroom with walk in robe and generous sized bathroom.
Down the hallway is the extra bedrooms and bathroom, reading room and kids TV/lounge room and the laundry. This clear division of the home offers privacy and space for all generations!
There’s also an outside bath on the deck & fire pit provided in the winter.
Finally, this home is situated next door to The Yallingup Maze, and so there is a public mini golf course, maze, café, puzzle shop, cellar door and art gallery onsite. This much-loved venue has plenty to keep all ages entertained. Whereas the home is private from this commercial venture, guests do share a roadway with tourists so be careful as your drive in.
Also, from the deck of the home, you may see (about 150m away) people playing on some of the natural playground area during business hours 9:30am to 5pm. Outside of these times there is no general public and the place is beautiful and quiet!, We make note of this because if ABSOLUTE SECLUSION is your preference, than we suggest this home is not for you.
There is loads of outdoor space for the kids to run around and explore, but parents BE AWARE there is an unfenced dam in eyesight (approx 150m) from the home and so your child/children's safety needs to be considered when booking this home.
